Ticketing Service

Whenever and wherever you are holding your events, take all the hassle out of selling tickets by using our professional, comprehensive and cost effective ticketing service.

• Revelation provides a professional and cost effective ticketing service via Universe to maximise your box office sales and minimise your administration and operational time and costs. Our computerised system is available to you and your customers for phone, postal and online bookings – all for a competitive commission. Our system will give you online bookings 24/7.
• Clients include Ashford Borough Council, Create Festival, Ashford School and a number of private event promoters
• Weekly sales figures are provided to help you monitor your event
• We charge an initial set up fee of £30 per event plus a 10% booking fee to sell tickets through our ticketing system if you are hiring our venue or 15% of box office if you are only using the box office service. These amounts are inclusive of VAT. Tickets can be bought via our website or over the phone.
• PRS fees are payable by you at the applicable rate + VAT and are deducted from final settlements.
