When you’re booking with us, whether it’s online or over the phone, we will always give you a clear breakdown of exactly what charges are involved. The total you pay to receive your tickets is usually made up of

• The face value of each ticket
• The service charge for each ticket

We know no one likes to pay extra costs, so we do everything we can to keep our fees as low as we can, while still being able to offer you the best possible service.

The face value is the base cost of your ticket, based on the costs involved in presenting the event either by ourselves or external promoters.  The service charge helps us to cover the costs involved in running our website and booking line. The service charge may vary depending on the event – we agree the amount charged based on the costs involved in putting the show on and us organising the tickets.

For most events all ages are welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, and unaccompanied 16 -18 year olds must be seated on the upper floor level. Some events are 18+ only, and this will be stated in the event listing.

All Revelation events have unreserved seating for non-members. As some seats have a restricted view so we advise arriving early to get the seats you want.
