Volunteer
We need enthusiastic, friendly people to help us with our events and we welcome all ages, from 16 to 96! If you like music and the arts, perhaps you could join our team? Whether you are looking for work experience or want to be part of an arts team, there are lots of ways you can work with us, with opportunities to meet people and learn new skills.
Each year we:
- Work with over 70 artists at 40 events at St Mary’s Church
- Host emerging artists on Ashford Bandstand
- Host a stage at Create Festival
- Engage 50 people in workshops and education
- Commission new pieces of work
- Support the careers of rising stars (such as Johnny Flynn and Ezra Furman)
- Present established artists (such as Courtney Pine, Martha Wainwright, The Unthanks etc)
The roles we regularly need are Bar, Stewards, Box Office, Technicians and Marketing. VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM
Board Members | Expression of Interest
We are looking for 2-3 professionals to join our friendly and committed Board to help support and develop Revelation for the next 2 years. We are particularly looking for expertise in these areas:
- Creative Programming
- Business/charity strategy
- Financial management/Fundraising and income generation
- Marketing Strategies
We have 6 meetings per year, and we ask support from our Board members for regular input/feedback on strategic direction plus hands-on support for things such as networking and bid-writing.

Our board members offer their expertise and time on a voluntary basis and our meetings usually take place in central Ashford.
